I have spent over two years creating Hues and Echoes, A Performance capture short film crafted with passion, dedication, and relentless effort. This is my sixth short film, and I’ve single-handedly handled almost every aspect of its production—except for a couple of my good friends who helped with the camera.

But after investing everything I could from my freelance VFX and animation work,I had to halt my freelancing work  completely to focus on this project,I’m now facing one final hurdle: the sound mix. Without it, the film won’t be complete in time for film festival submissions—and I don’t want to miss this chance after coming so far.

The Story Behind Hues and Echoes

This 25 minute film explores memory, trauma, and artistic struggle through an engaging non-linear screenplay. It follows an artist with a painful past who is suddenly forced to relive his memories for someone else's hidden motives.

Why This is Urgent

I am submitting Hues and Echoes to major film festivals happening all over the country, including Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, and possibly international ones. But most deadlines are mid-April—just weeks away. If I don’t raise the funds now, I’ll miss out on the festivals I’ve been working toward for over a year.

This film was originally planned for release last April, but its production extended far beyond what I expected. After pouring everything into it, I just want to cross the finish line this year.
